Business Communication and Webcasting

Helping global workforces communicate more effectively. It's what I do.

We spend a lifetime trying to perfect how we communicate; learning how best to convey information, explain ideas and persuade others.

Effectively communicating your message one on one or to a live audience can be challenging or sometimes even daunting; trying to achieve the same impact with Virtual Collaboration tools raises this challenge to a whole new level.

Over the last few years I have witnessed this first hand, both helping organisations inspire their large global virtual audiences as well as being on the receiving end of far too many energy-sapping Webcasts.

It’s something I passionately believe in and what’s really exciting, is that we are only just beginning to see what’s possible.

200,000 years on, we are still learning how best to communicate and the rise of virtual collaboration technology has made the ‘art of communication’ just that little bit more abstract.

New lessons need to be learned and it’s now the sole focus of BusinessRTC.com to help you harness the changing strategies, psychologies and technologies of business communication, revolutionising how you and your business communicate.

My focus is helping individuals and enterprises communicate. My passions are technology, start-up culture and business development.

Communication is fundamental in any business, whether it be engaging with clients, progressing prospects through your sales pipeline, internal collaboration or an all hands calls to drive strategy.

Good strategy and effective tools are at the heart of it.

Over a career spanning nearly 10 years in business information, collaboration and conferencing, I have helped some of the largest global brands implement, utilise and most importantly reap the rewards of effective communication tools and strategies. Seeing positive gains in all elements of their business, from more engaged employees through to improved cost per leads.

Even with such positive outcomes we still see a lack of focus being shown to not just communications but how they are delivered.

With virtual communication technology rapidly developing, we have created BusinessRTC.com for individuals in all industries and roles to keep abreast of the emerging advancements and trends that are shaping the future of business communication.
